Sleeping is Causing Wrinkles??
Don’t entirely blame aging for your wrinkles. There’s another factor for those unwanted lines on your beautiful face: the way you sleep.
The compression of your face against a pillow every night stretches, pushes, and pulls on your skin. Younger skin can withstand most of the tossing and turning on your pillow, but it will become more prominent if you keep this up.
Unfortunately, these types of wrinkles are not easily reversible with botox injectables, so here are some tips to preventing them!
- Sleep on your back – not only will it prevent sleep wrinkles, but will also help with keeping your skin clear and firm. But if you’re pregnant, or have certain medical issues like sleep apnea, neck or back problems, we don’t recommend this!
- Anti-wrinkle pillow – made out of copper-threaded / satin to create less traction!
- Good anti-aging routine – sunscreen, no smoking, nutritious diet, and noninvasive treatments to promote collagen production will reduce sleep wrinkles.
