G-Spot Procedure Details
What is the G-Spot?
A G-spot is a condensation of neurovascular sensory endings in the anterior third of the ceiling of the vaginal vault. It has been purported to increase sexual gratification and stimulation during vaginal penetration, vaginal stimulation, coitus, intercourse and vaginal orgasmic perception.
What is a G–Shot injection?
A G-Shot is an injection of a supportive substance, such as a simple injectable sugar polymer dermal filler, like Juvederm, or Restylane into the region of the G-Spot. The soft tissue support in the region of the sensitive neurovascular provides a more stable platform during stimulation, heightening sensitivity and response to manipulation in the region of the G-Spot. Toronto G-Shot patients come to SpaMedica for their expertise in vaginal rejuvenation procedures, including the G-shot injection.
How is a G-Shot performed?
Toronto G-Shot injection patients who present to SpaMedica for assessment and injection will undergo a thorough evaluation by the Director of the SpaMedica Female Health and Vaginal Wellness program, Dr. Sasha Syvstonyuk, a nationally recognized Gynecologist. The G-Shot injection is performed by the doctor himself and involves the injection of a hyaluronic acid sugar gel such as Restylane or Juvederm to the area of the neurovascular condensation of the G-spot. The procedure is fairly quick in nature and like other soft tissue injections, the Juvederm or Restylane contains local anesthesia, so it is relatively comfortable.
Is there any recovery following a G-Shot injection?
There is no recovery following a G-Shot injection. Patients can return to activities of normal living immediately, with high-impact aerobic activity and sexual simulation, coitus or intercourse being resumed immediately.
G Shot Results
How long will the G-Shot last?
The enhanced neurovascular stimulation following the G-spot injection, will last for the better part of 9-12 months, or more, following the use of Juvederm or Restylane dermal fillers. The G-spot injection, or G-Shot injection, will need to be repeated every 9 to 16 months depending on the longevity of the product and degree of stimulation augmentation desired. There is a small risk that the G-Shot into the G-spot will not significantly enhance pleasurable sensation following injection and stimulation.
